KIM RUBIN'S BIOGRAPHY
Kim Rubin is the founder and owner of the most sought after promotional marketing agency in the South Florida Market, Princess Promotions. Ms. Rubin pioneered the ”Shooter Girl” concept in 1992 before working as a Jagerette for Jagermeister and as a Bud Girl for Budweiser Beer. Kim founded Princess Promotions in 1993 to address the growing demand for reliable, personable, and product knowledgeable promotional models in South Florida.
Princess Promotions soon landed an exclusive contracts with Carillon Importers to launch Stoli Oranj Vodka and Brown-Forman Beverages in the South Florida Market. Since then, the company has successfully launched dozens of upscale brands at events and product demonstrations across the country. Among them: Three Olives Vodka, Pinnacle Vodka, Malibu Black, Absolut Miami Vodka, Casamigos Tequila, Fireball Whiskey, and many others.
On the basis of her reputation at the helm of Princess Promotions, Francis Ford Coppola Winery recruited Kim as Sales and Promotions Manager for the launch of Sofia Sparkling Wine. Kim set up distribution for Sofia Sparkling Wine throughout the East Coast - opening new accounts, hosting launch parties & wine dinners, training wait staff and distributors on the brand, executing incentive programs, and booking product demonstrations.
Following the successful launch of Sofia Sparkling Wine, Kim turned her attention to the rebranding and expansion of Princess Promotions. The company’s reach now extends beyond promotional models and now staffs market managers, mixologists, photographers, and product specialists nationwide.
Princess Promotions has worked with dozens of high profile celebrities over the years, including Chris Bosh, Matt Damon, Dan Marino, BB King, Meat Loaf, and Lil Jon. Among the many annual events she staffs are the Miami Marlins Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament, the OJ McDuffie Catch 81 Celebrity Golf Classic and Gala, the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the Latin Grammy Awards and the Indy Car Racing Series. Kim’s impeccable professionalism on behalf of the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach International Boat Shows has made Princess Promotions the go to promotional company in the South Florida Marine industry.
Ms. Rubin’s efforts have not gone unnoticed by the media. In addition to her fierce work ethic, Ms. Rubin is a passionate philanthropist. She is an involved supporter of both the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Habitat for Humanity of Broward County in addition to working closely with Make-A-Wish Southern Florida as a Wish Grantor and Volunteer. Ms. Rubin lives in Hollywood, Florida, with her best pal, a Chihuahua named Bambi.
